Job Description: Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, your duties will include:

· Monitoring SHEQ compliance through site inspections and audits

· Maintaining, developing and enforcing the company SHEQ management system and closing out non-conformances

· Gathering data for performance reporting

· Providing advice to site management on compliance issues

· Development of Risk Assessments and Method Statements

· Development and review of Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans

· Assisting with incident investigations

· Attendance at site meetings

· Delivering training, inductions, tool-box talks and identifying training needs

Candidate requirements (as a minimum):

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Construction industry

· Ability to successfully influence and engage others

· Strong interpersonal and team working skills

· NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety

· Relevant environmental qualification

· Tech IOSH

· Knowledge and experience of ISO45001, ISO14001 AND ISO9001

· IT literate (Word & Excel)

· Clean driving licence

· References required
