| Description | The works comprised the design and construction of 14 two storey flats comprising 4No blocks within a brownfield gap site accessed off Nelson Street, Largs, providing apartment wheelchair flats, amenity ground floor flats and general needs first floor flats having floor areas, accommodation and to the specification set out in Scottish Government guidance notes for accommodation of this nature (Housing for Varying Needs design procedures) and Secured by Design Accreditation.
